LDR Key Holder

               Can your dominant be your key holder in a long distance relationship?

 YES! according to my Owner in a Q and A on her blog. You most definitely can have an LDR key holder agreement.

But how is that possible with the distance between us? Might be a question someone would ask. Well, first you have to trust each other. The dominant needs to know that the sub is committed to being in chastity, and will not cheat. The sub has to trust that once that lock snaps shut that their dominate will keep them safe.

 Ok. Trust is not the issues then and both parties have talked about what is expected from each other. You have selected the chastity device and decide upon a start date and a possible end date what now. In a real-life relationship the sub is locked in their cage and the dominate will hang the key around their neck to tease their subs. They also are able to get together to examine the cage and if it pleases the dominant they may decide to have some fun with their subs predicament and tease, edge and deny an orgasm.

 Alright now, let's add a state, a province, a country or an ocean between the dominant and submissive. A long-distance relationship. The dominant and submissive are as committed as their RL counterparts to have key holder relationship. But how you may ask. The dominate can't physically lock the cage on the sub. The dominate can't dangle the key in front of the sub
teasingly giving the sub the hope of an orgasmic release. You could always mail the keys to the dominate and play via Skype and etc. But there lies a safety issue having the keys so far from the lock. Then there is the power exchange. If I was engaged in such a relationship with my Owner. Just knowing that the means to my release was at my fingertips in my home. Even with the promise to my Owner not to cheat. I would still not feel completely dominated and in a full key holder situation. Can these challenges be overcome? Yes!

 So picture this. A Master or Mistress can sit in a favorite spot. With their favorite drink and laptop and phone in hand, and watch without mercy, as their slave beg and plead for release from the endless teasing. Come to think of it. A good multitasking professional owner could easily have a sub in the dungeon and a few key held subs sessioning at the same time. If I remember correctly some of the smart vibrators can be set to vibrate from the sound. All this becoming possible due to one little smart lock.
